No one will probably ever read this, and I’m past the point of caring.

I started this blog to also chat about Progress – my journey through alcoholism, and wanted to help others through their own. Or even give a little bit of hope to others still suffering. That invitation will remain open, but no longer shared.

I realize now I’ve only one hope, one goal left, and that’s to raise a better man than his father ever was. Said without anomosity, hope for anything else for myself ended a month ago, thanks to no one’s actions but my own.

This blog was an attempt to learn and grow from my experiences. I had hoped that sharing my story would be helpful, but I’ve realized that some things are better left unsaid (or in my case, everything). It’s time for me to move forward and focus on healing privately, and allow others to do the same.
